Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a refund. Returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label or when you return in-store. You have up to 45 days to return items purchased at rawshans. Items purchased from an online shop can be returned within 60 days. Full details of all our return policies can be found on our ‘Return Policies’ page.
